A real challenge

Dear colleagues,

I have been requested by the National Tax Authoriry in
Bolivia to prepare and conduct a participative meeting
 in order to gather input, comments, suggestions and
similar information for what would be called "ethic
code" for these public servants. Several restrictions
habe aroused i.e.
1) In the first -preliminar- meeting, will participate
some 20 people, mainly related to the tax-payers
service and orientation area.
2) Top level executives will not be involved; however,
they could receive one of the most suggestive and
impressive invitations ever thought.
3) The intention of this participative meeting is to
make contributions "from the trenches" to a foreign
consulting company, so the (in the range of six
digits) contract will reflect reality and committment
from the people who actually will apply the code.

special gratitude.
