Hi Jeff:

I have always been struck by the fact that the UIA folks have almost
discovered OST, but not quite.  One part of me wants to fly to Geneva
and spark them up, and another part of me wants to let them discover it
for themselves and see how they do.

UIA (Union of International Associations) is a really interesting bunch
of people.  I found that I Ching link a while ago.  Really cool.
