Michael,
on my 'ever unfinished' site www.ceres.public.nsk.ru there are some English
textes including OS training (with Rotary Clubs, for example), though not
much (I have to work  on this!) more - about Future Search Conferences and
some thoughts including the last one inspired by Dr.Weber, so you can count
on me in some Russian materials as well
