A footnote to my former:  I was also struck by your description of your
congregation as unchallenged.  I'm wondering if challenging them is a
hidden agenda.  Perhaps that needs to be addressed. One possibility of a
theme comes to mind...From Pleasantly Unchallenged to on Fire with Zeal,
a Year of Programs.
