When I do not feel well in the room because of the space arrangements
I simple ask the next people around to help me re-arrange the tables
or bring them somewhere else.
No explicit relating to the theme, but everything is different after
working together at this physical level before starting whatever it
is.
This reminds me of a thread about space arrangements we already had
in this list.

Or I do not try to change anything, just ask the people, how they
feel about the room, and if they think it is perfect for our task.

Or ask them in the invitation card to bring an object which may be
their symbol for the theme/task we want to treat and start with an
exhibition of theme-related objects.
