AW: What is the message of OST?

wonderful conversation.....

YES!!

for me it is beautiful to watch , how two nets I am in are meeting and
somehow melting - OST and the Facilitators list. And we somewhere in the
middle, with our thoughts and feelings.

We as visual facilitators accompany many kinds of meetings with our
pictures. How often do we experience that by our pictures (or wherever they
come from) some people suddenly realize what was going on already for a
while. or get an overview, can see connections, feel touched.

Even in Open Space there are blind spots. Am I allowed to show them, if I
feel them? As an offer?

It seems that facilitating with pictures has other effects than an
interactive facilitator with his words. Pictures have other effects than
words. They touch people somewhere else. And they make you forget the method
which
allowed them to rise.

I often realize that pictures increase participation. Bosses and workers are
alike in front of pictures.

So we continue to accompany OS sessions and other facilitated events as
well, having no theory so far, only effects, and some hindthoughts. We live
in the middle between a silent servant and an eloquent facilitator, and we
like it!

Reinhard

Harrison, I agree with you. *And* I stand by what I said: Respond in the
