Ongoing OS in Organizations

See www.spiritedwork.org It is the website of a three year experiment in
developing a learning community of practice using on-going Open Space in
organization. I believe there might be considerable material there,
including archived reflections, etc. I have written a short
report/reflection which I can make available if you don¹t find what you need
on that website.

Also, contact Frances McCue at director at hugohouse.org, and Andrea Allen at
andreaa at seattlerep.org could give yo examples from their opening of space in
their organizations. Hugo House used Open Space from the get-go (five years
ago) and has been using it ever since, along with Appreciative inquiry to
track the emergence of spirit (Frances has many illustrations in her Phd. on
this subject!)--and Andrea has been using Open Space regularly at the
Seattle Rep for two years now for self-management.

Good luck!

Blessings, Anne
