Help with reports from short OST

Hi Doug,

The same problem came up for me just last week. I'll be facilitating a
3-hour OST in October with two time periods. Our plan for the book of
proceedings is to have a cover page designed and copied before the event
begins. We'll have one or two people tasked with copying session notes
during the event, and will ask participants to make sure their notes get
to a specified place in a timely manner. All session one notes will be
copied during session two. Session two notes will be copied during the
closing. If all goes well, the book of proceedings will be ready as
people walk out the door.

Ours is a very low tech event with a much smaller group than you're
expecting, and we'll have access to copy machines. This may not work
for you, but I think it's going to be just about right for us.

Congratulations on finding a place for your event. I look forward to
hearing more as things continue to unfold.

Julie
