Space requirements for 400?

Here's a couple of other odd details. Kathie Danemiller says for
large group meetings 25 sq. ft. per person is needed.

For some large group gatherings in religious settings, we have passed
an offering plate at the end and had people place offerings of words,
commitments, etc. into the plate. These can be later published, or
if commitments are placed on the back of a self addressed card, the
can be mailed to then after an agreed up on interval to see how they
have done.
