One possibility is to let those speak who are moved to speak, letting those
voices represent the feelings of the whole group. My experience is that if
you let people know the time available and the general process, they will
manage what needs to be done with the time.
For a large group, I've seen Harrison "run" the microphone to the speakers
where they are sitting, so people are not struggling out of their rows of
seats.
