Naming matters

Like Ralph, I call myself a consultant, and let others ask me what kind of
consulting I do--in my case, quite a bit of facilitation, some training, and
often coaching as well.  This leads to good conversations, and saves me from
having to have new cards printed when I branch off in some new direction!

Our cards also say "Innovation and Applied Imagination," which covers quite a
few possibilities.
