Together with 16 other people I wrote this second book of mine concerning open space. As the first book (Open Space: Effektive arbeiten mit großen Gruppen, open space: effectively working with large groups) was a piece for learning open space step by step, this book is a collection of practise-stories.

Each story discribes the use of open space in different organisations and situations, with 30 or 300 people. For few hours, 3 days or sereral one-day-events over a year. In a big company or for a network. With business people or politicans.

Open Space has spread through germany, austria and swizzerland. It is now a well known and highly appreciated method.
