As with most things -- there is no single, one, right answer. The list will
be what it is -- though personally I would be much more interested in what
we are learning about Open Space (or opening space) in the new reality...
than perhaps some other material. But I can (and do) DELETE as necessary.
The Caucus space serves well for an extended discussion of a particular
topic. And, as usual, When it is Over, it is over. Which explains the level
of "inactivity." The way, I think, we were using both resources was to use
the list for What's Hot and Current... and if deeper, sustained discussion
seemed warranted, move to Caucus. In the past what I have done is to let
everybody know via the OSLIST that extended discussion on topic X was
possible on Caucus. And. Whoever came were the right people (surprise).
It's worked before, and if you want to use Caucus, and are having trouble
-- starting a discussion or just plain navigating -- let me know
offline <owenhh at mindspring.com> and I will be delighted to guide you
through it.
