Good to hear from you, and the possibility of a big OS.  The challenges here
are logistical--big walls (more length is better than more height; if you
stack many posters above each other you stack many poster-readers at a
distance from the wall), lots of paper and pens.  And bathrooms.  Box lunches
are nice, you can grab one from a handy spot and go on to whatever session
you like.

And be prepared to be surprised by the large energy generated by a large
group!
