Warm Up

Dear all:

Perhaps the initial "check in" (invitation to look around at other participants, breathe, relax, uniqueness of situation, etc.) which many of us adopted from Owen/Bolton(then)/Peterson serves a similar purpose to "warm ups": to bring everyone to the same "place" and awareness of themselves as a group/community, as well as focusing them on the same activity (likely, for the moment, a person walking slowly around the circle)...
