You have done a grand job in choosing this form....the contest rules had
me laughing uncontrollably.

Here is my contribiution, a refflection on an incresingly strange trend
that is emerging in my practice:


An astonishing thing keeps happening:
polished practice, endless rehersals lead to
hushed reflection, sudden activity --
and always,
the appearance of birds.
