report forms

HI Elena;
I am just emerging from several months of busyness that have left me just
scanning the list and often just using the law of (?) delete to clear the
messages. I have scanned the conversations and must say that I am inspired
by the work that you are doing in Russia. I wish you much success.

I agree with Todd's description of why to report. One of the consistent
pieces of feedback that I have heard at the end of the open space meetings
is how much people value having reports on all of the discussions for
reference after the meeting. That makes the difficult choice of which
session to attend easier.

I often change the fourth title (1-topic 2- Convenor/discussion leader 3.
Participants 4. HIghlights of discussion/recommendations) on the report form
slightly to reflect the group's purpose. Generally, I just leave it as
highlights of discussion and people write what they wish.
