By the way,

There is still time to sign up for the annual OT event ("OT-19" the 19th
Annual Symposium on Organization Transformation) being held this time on the
500-acre campus of Holiday Hills Conference Center in Pawling, New York,
USA.

Cost of the conference is $35 American. Yep, that's the truth (except, of
course for travel and accommodations.

Three and one-half days of open space with the best people (from around the
USA as well as Holland, Germany, Sweden, and Morocco) exploring systems
change, personal change, high play, and more. If this is for you, you can't
beat it.

Attached is the "offical" invitation. If the attachment does not open (as
it won't on some listserves), go to

www.openspaceworld.org/OT19

Or get in touch with me directly. See more below

I want to answer all your questions...

Q: "What's this all about?"

A: It's nearing deadline time to sign up for "OT-19", the 19th Annual
Symposium on Organization Transformation . The date for
our "guarantee" to the conference center is fast approaching.

Q: "Do I want to go?"

A: Yes, if you ever ponder where it's all going, and you want to deepen
your understanding of change and growth in organizations, systems, people,
and the world with a whole bunch of like-minded people and you want have a
very good time doing it.

Q: "How do I learn more?"

A: You really do need to read the flyer/invitation. Get in touch with me if
you have any questions.

Q: "But I'm already signed up, you turkey!"

A: Yeah, but some of you keep asking me who else is gonna be there. Now you
can invite your friends by sending them the attached flyer (and I'm not a
turkey).

Q: "Who goes to this? Do I want to be with them?"

A: I go every year, and I absolutely would not miss it. Furthermore, if
you're receiving this, you're hand-picked (well, sort of), and I know you'll
like it, big time. How do I know? Hey, have I ever lied to you? Would I
ever steer you wrong?

Q: "But I won't know anyone..."

A: That's where you're wrong. Three-and-one-half days of open space amongst
playful and challenging minds and spirits from all over. You'll know
interesting folks right from the start. You gotta be there to believe it.

Q: "Yeah, but what is this, REALLY?"

A: Look, do two things:

    1. Read the invitation. (If OT is not for you, you'll know it.)
    2. If you're not sure, contact me by e-mail or phone. I promise not to
try to persuade you, just to help you make up your mind.

Q: "Sorry, I'm already busy July 2-6..."

A: Change your plans. (I'm not kidding; it's that good.)
