OST for meeting with clients

Hi Rob:

I use OST as a tool for cosultation with clients and although this is in
the non-profit sector, it could apply to business clients too.  Choosing
a theme that would be interesting, such as the one Birgitt suggested, is
the key.  Maybe asking a few of them what sort of a theme would get
their juices flowing would be another idea.
