Thanks for the honesty, vulnerability, generosity, and wisdom you shared
with us in this story.
Whatever and whenever I facilitate (whether OST or otherwise), I use the
spiritual practice of holding the space for all in my heart.  I, too,
have noticed that when the space (and me) is wiggly the energy drain is
enormous.  I think of it as post-spiritual workout fatigue.
