We had a very nice and effective day today and Birgitts sends her hello to
everybody and asked me to share with all of you the names of the topics we
had today for the discussion on our "2 days OS" - afternoon and tomorrow
morning - as we shall work with the book of the proceedings.

here they are:

1. How to use OST for the strategic planning

2. How to use OST to develop an Association of excelent OS trainers (to
develop, manage and support this development) (ex. this could be possibly be
seen as a leadership school?)

3. How can we insert OST in our training and consulting work - when  we are
not conducting OST meeting

4. OS as the Leadership Development Institute

5. Opportunities of OST in re-establishing of the lost connections between
generations (family bringing up)

6. Possibilities for using OST in the school life (activities)

7. How can we support each other as the OST facilitators

some participants said: We can not wait when tomorrow comes!

We had a great day and a nice team of people! Very unusual for Russians
talking not simply about net , but of support of each other.
