Leadership and Vision (was: Productive Chaos)

My heartfelt thanks to everyone who has participated in this conversation.
It has been wonderful in and of itself, and is also great preparation for me.
 I will be talking next week with a visionary leader who is trying to create
an environment for inspired performance in a bureaucratic organization--and
wonders if Open Space might be a help.
