Absoutley agree on the convergence piece Harrison....OST is great for
engaging conversation, learning etc.  Indeed i ran a 2.5 OS which was
all about information exchange and learning and never entertained
convergence...there was never a need.

But I have found myself ata loss at the end of really productive one day
sessions that really do require follow up within the organization, and
so for me the convergence piece has become something more than a
detail.....

At any rate..context IS everything.
