Health care OST

[Larry Peterson]

I led a three hour Open Space with 15 Ophthalmologists some time ago.  It
was powerful for them.  45 minute apart start times is as much attention
span as they have.  They got to a new vision for the department.  Other
whole hospitals have been willing to spend the day on merger issues.
