How to unsubscribe

There have been, of late, a number of list-users trying unsuccessfully to
unsubscribe from OSLIST.

The key matter to keep in mind is to send your message to:

listserv at listserv.boisestate.edu and not oslist at listserv.boisestate.edu

I know it would make more sense to send it the latter; unfortunately, the
creators of the program, in their infinite wisdom (and most probably, due
to numerous technical and financial constraints -- this was originally
developed at a university by students with a lot of time to spare between
dinner and breakfast), decided to make it the way it is.

One day this will all change for the better.  Till then, keep the faith!

        UNSUBSCRIBE OSLIST
To the email address:
