You did make the comment that your IT people were a little dis-connected.
seems to me like a LOT disconnected. How could they have a great customer
like you (us) and not let us in on the secret that they were just about
ready to unveil the ultimate conference? Tom Peters would not approve. This
is definitely not sticking close to the customer. And you can quote me. If
two feet are going to do some walking, and maybe something more athletic --
I would have in mind these non-communicating communicators. But what do I know?
