I am a Ph.D. candidate, Organizational Behavior. My doctoral research
shall focus on CEOs who engage their organizations in OS. I will research
CEO behavioral characterists before and after OS intervention. I want to
learn if / how OS process has personally and professionally impacted
and/or changed the CEO. I've done a literature review and haven't found
any research/studies on this.

 1) Are there any known research studies regarding OS impact on CEOs'
behavioral characterics?
 2) In your opinion, would the findings of this research study:
      A) Be of interest to OS practioners?
      B) Offer a useful contribution of knowledge to the field of
Organizational Behavior?

I welcome and appreciate feedback! Many thanks.

Bev
