Dear Nancie Biver

Some suggestions:

1. Go to the nearest OST event and participate (participation is worth ten
thousand books).

2. Find an experienced facilitator to lead this one and shadow and learn
yourself.

3. Form a planning committee, explain the mechanics how OST works, help
them choose a theme, identify the audience to invite, write an invitation
and get people to come.

4. Tell people it's a new way of working - everybody participates and
decides what the agenda will be. OST is experiental and they have to
experience it. Go with the flow, they'll like it. Makes a change from
control freakiness.

If it's any help, invite them to our website <www.openfutures.com> where
large group processes are explained including OST and list of 26 events
over the last 2.5 years involving 1,748 people.

Good luck!

Cheers
