ORGANISATION TRANSFORMATION SYMPOSIA, OT1 TO OT19, USA, EUROPE AND ASIA

Can you help me compile a list of all OT symposia that have been held, and
are scheduled to be held, in USA, Europe and Asia? As you will see from the
list below, I have seven gaps and one query in the USA list. The Europe and
Asia list is complete, to the best of my knowledge.

Please send any missing or corrected information to me at
