Please focus on what the event is for.  The spirit needs to time to grow, my
advice is not to fill up the day with WORK but RELATIONSHIPS - a time to work, a
time to rest (eat) and a time to play.

My advice is to set time aside for (lunch at least one hour) then in the
afternoon set aside one hour for Coffee, reflection and closing/convergence.
During coffee get the printing done.  Use a print shop or employ someone outside
the group to do the printing etc.
One day seems both a long time and a very short time.  The skill, as I see it,
is to take all the time to create the space and then "what ever happens
.......... ".  It works and works best when we follow the basic process.
