thank you for your kind words. And I too love that people are beginning to
come forward as a whole person, take risks in that way about getting
employment, and are removing themselves from "a resume and a label".

Tomorrow I am facilitating an Open Space for the Toronto group of Fast
Company magazine. The day is entitled "Transform the World of Work--Design
the Life You Love". I am so excited to be a part of this discussion and a
movement towards reclaiming ourselves as the special people we all are. It
is my hope that many people will love the experience of Open Space too!

Birgitt, I loved your solution to this--a certificate of accomplishment.
And
I also love the thinking that someone out there might be hiring a "person",
not just a resume.
