Jay,
here is an opportunity. I work for SDRC, a global supplier of engineering software
solutions world-wide. We have used Open Space several times since 1997 for
worldwide strategic planning and also for building a global customer (executives)
advisory board. I have just finished a paper (submitted for this year's ODN
