Linda;

Thanks for sending your article and Master Thesis. I read both with
interest. The Masters is a good contribution to a theoretical reflection on
Open Space. Your recent article raised some really good questions and issues
about the willingness to learn what the experience of Open Space seems to
provide. I think it is a big shift for many people but not for all. I will
be most interested in the story of the growing of Open Space at HP.
