OS and Tavi

Special thanks to David Sanderson, Kay Vogt, Chris Kloth and Brian
Bainbridgeand Birgitt Bolton for responding to my need to discuss the
above topic. It is important to know that A K Rice and the English
Tavistock conferenses are quite different but I am not sure how except
that there a split in the group in the early days.

        IT occurred to me that in Open Space the sponser(s)relieve the group
from having to agree on "What is the task " . To what degree is there
need for interpendence in Os? To what extent are the work group and
basic assumption group operating in open space. What  effect does  of
the law of two feet have on the "work of the groups"? I think that is
enough questions for one night. I am looking forward to hearing your
further thoughts.
