My name is Tami Norris and I am a doctoral student in the OD & C program at Bowling Green State University in Ohio. I am a Vice President of a local non-profit who focuses on reversing the cycle of poverty. My role is centered on workforce development with
an eye toward income stability. </div>

As part of our Collaborative Change and Transformation class at BGSU I will be studying Open Space Technology this term. To be honest, I love the idea of getting individuals together in a group to bring forth ideas and work on problem solving. However, I am
a little terrified of the no time-aligned agenda and the fact that the problems to be discussed are all generated from the participants. If you remember Dory in Nemo who kept getting lost I feel that could happen in these events, but I will "just keep swimming"
and learn more and hope to utilize this in my career with our key stakeholders.</div>
