Dear all,

coming back to this topic with a bit of delay...

Our team has been investigating the opportunities to host the
WOSonOS 2022 in Berlin. The venue that we had in mind for 2020
seams still to be the best option in town. The sad news is that
this venue is pretty popular and can not offer 3 days in a row,
preferably Thur / Fri / Sat throughout the entire year 2022. We
are very sad about this.

As sad as it is we can not host the event in 2022 in Berlin. Non
of us has the time and energy to search for another venue - given
the fact that we have invested a lot of time in finding this venue
back in 2019 in the preparation for WOSonOS 2020 which has been
cancelled. I wonder if any other country / city would be
interested to invite the community in 2022.

What we can do instead is to reserve the venue for some suitable
dates in 2023 - most likely in fall. We would be happy to host the
event anyway and we can cancel this reservation free of charge up
to 6 months before the dates in case WOSonOS 2022 opts for a
different city.

Looking forward to your thoughts.

Warm regards
Jo
