You don’t want to break into their flow. In your introduction you can say ‘now we are moving into our first session but you can add a topic to the wall at any time.’ </div><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">My question - why do you have news and then closing - to me, news is (for example) a report from the Newsroom Coordinator, a note about dinner / evening activities, then on to closing comments and reflection. Could take 30 minutes for news and announcements maybe, then an hour for Closing Circle, no? Thanks for sharing if you have something else in mind.</div><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">By the way - depending on how you are doing documentation design, I often create an extra 30 minutes before going into closing so folks can catch up on transcribing / completing their notes.
