asking The Question (in no particular order): <br>

1. To know what OST actually is<br>
2. To discover what others think OST actually is<br>
3. To find out if there is a generally accepted "reference
definition" describing what OST actually is<br>
4. To be surprised by this or that response to "The Question"<br>
5. To raise a potentially important and potentially timely issue<br>
6. To discover who might demonstrate a sense of passion and
responsibility, ("and more," hint hint) around The Question<br>
