A dedicated preparation with a group, including sponsors and members of the Future Search Network from Sweden, Ireland, South Africa, Germany</div><div class="">2. Working on the title with that group (it took two Skype meetings to figure it out together.)</div><div class="">3. Use the Transfer In before the OST started</div><div class="">4. Open for reflections (not only logistics) in Morning and Evening Circle </div><div class="">5. Listening to the needs of the participants - I changed the agenda on day three to their needs: cancelled the Action Planning, continued in small groups</div><div class="">6. Having a three days meeting</div><div class="">7. Clear intention of facilitator and sponsors to serve the participants </div><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">The list can go on and on.</div><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">My thoughts about integration: </div><div class="">Isn’t it is a wondrous thing that I have a community around the world, who over the years become friends, lovers, mentors, colleagues and clients? </div><div class="">This time the word ‘tribe' was added a grounding feeling. Tribe. Don’t know what that is. But the word came to mind and I feel it in my bones.</div><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">It feels as if I was raised in the OST tribe, have several vacations with the Future Search tribe and raise my kids in the Genuine Contact tribe.</div><div class="">These tribes are connected, even though they are not one. integration. This seems so very relevant at this time, and I'm eager

Genuine Contact - as I believe that community has had one of the
more robust communities of practice both within and outside of the
OSList.<br class="">

I've read a bit about Future Search, and I would rejoice to hear how
well Open Space integrated with it.<br class="">

<div class="">It feels to me as if the time of ‘differentiation’
among our communities and approaches might be coming to an end -
well there is never an end, but for now it feels like a moment
of ‘integration’.</div>

</div>
<div class="">I have been struggling with all the differentiation
in the communities and lists - because I always felt so much
energy gets put into defining differences. </div>
<div class="">I am so much enjoining when we celebrate our common
ground and see how much all of the approaches are part of the
paradigm shift in leadership.</div>
<div class="">This is where the true power of co-creating a world
of leadership versus a world of control is emerging (for me) !</div>
<div class=""><br class="">

<div class="">I am cheering to a new cycle of collaboration and
co-leadership in our communities and I really hope this is just
the beginning.</div>
<div class="">Right now Frederic Laroux might be more popular than
Open Space, Future Search and Genuine Contact, but I am
convinced that soon we are all going to meet and support one
another more fully. By acknowledging and valuing our differences
and experiencing and nurturing our common intentions, visions
and leadership principles. </div>
