    Hi Béatrice,<br>
    <br>
    Yes, and a very simple way to offer Open Space to executives seeking
    an "Agile transformation"... the procedure is as follows.<br>
    <br>
    Please keep in mind, you must follow these steps exactly:<br>
    <br>
    1. "...You have 40 thousand employees in 4 locations. You have 129
    software teams. We can help your teams go Agile in exactly the way
    you want, whatever you say is OK! Money talks. We will help by
    bringing in 30 coaches at $2500 a day  for 2 years. The cost? Very
    reasonable! Let's see...30 coaches X $2500 a day X 500 days of
    service, that's less than $38 million dollars. A very good deal!
    What? Do we offer guarantees? No, we do not..."<br>
    <br>
    2. "What? You want to save some money? OK, do you want to save,
    like, say, about $35 million dollars? Like, about a 92% cost saving?
    Ok great. But wait: It does require a certain suspension of
    disbelief. It also requires some trust in your people. The process
    involves these periodic "all hands" meetings in your 4
    locations....did I mention it always works?<br>
