Person Process Facilitation, only a workbook you get in the workshop when you
learn it. The method acknowledges the whole person, with emotions, spirit, mind
and body and invites the whole person to come with all the wisdom and knowledge
each have. It works in different ways with the different learning styles so
people can at least at some point learn their own best way. And it works with
the energy and spirit of the group, learning about content step by
step. The method is taught by Genuine Contact Trainers. I suggets you
contact Elisabeth Tepper from Caracas, Venezuela so she can guide you. I think
she also does workshops online both in English and Spanish and she
is closer to your timezone than many of the other online
workshop teachers are. Her website is <a href="http://www.elisabethtepper.blogspot.se/" target="_blank">http://www.elisabethtepper.blogspot.se/</a>.

<div><font face="Arial">Studycircles are really common in Sweden, in fact I
think we invented the method in 1890 something. I have worked for a Swedish
study organization for the last couple of years, with study circles and
culture events, so I am familiar with them and have also taught people how to
work this way. I know there is some material in English, I used it a
few years ago when teaching people from Romania but I couldn´t find them
online. There is also very little in English on the websites of the Swedish
study organizations, they are mainly for marketing. So I will write something
that can guide you, and will send it to you. I am going away for the weekend so
I can not send it before next week. Hope that works for you. </font></div>

sometimes end up in that discussion with clients. I deeply agree with Lisa,
that it takes many considerations and one of them is whose priority? Who has
the need to add things such as seminars, will it support the people in the
meeting and how can I be sure of that?<br>In case I decide to do something I
use Whole PersonProcess Facilitation for that part of the meeting and often
put it before the OST meeting. This facilitation builds on much the same
values as OST. I never add anything to the OST or prepare topics. However I
often invite the participants to reflect on what they would like to discuss
about the theme of the meeting. And I think of the participants as the
experts. They often even know what they dont know and find ways to find out.
<br>I see the facilitator or leader much as the study circle leaders we have
here in Sweden. Their role is to support the learning with facilitation
methods so people can find their own way. Often they are people who just
have a passion for the topic. <br><br>I am sure your meeting will be great.

<div style="WORD-WRAP:break-word">Hello, fabulous Agustin -
<div><br></div>
<div>Anyone can converse, share, discover, present, show, explain… in the
1 or 1.5 hours of the time schedule you have designed, no?</div>
<div>On your post-its you could label if some meeting areas have
projection or something, so someone posting their topic on the Agenda Wall
chooses that post-it because they want a big screen or something.</div>
<div>So I am curious and perhaps you can tell us more - what is preventing
someone from giving a structured talk within the design of your
discussion-session scheduling?</div>
<div>Of course some people may exercise their two feet if they find that
having a conversation is more informative than receiving a talk..and you
know all that.</div>
<div>So I'm wondering if there is something more that informs your
question - such as… if it's just the participants who want something
specific, you can invite it from them. You can ensure your participant
group includes people who know about this stuff and tell those 'experts'
about they dynamics of we-all-share-wisdom / high engagement in Open
Space.</div>
<div>If it is the organizers or sponsors, I suppose they could put
something on the Agenda Wall and see if anyone comes. That has some power
dynamics attached to it so …</div>
<div>Here I am back at the beginning of my circle wondering why this could
not happen in typical Open Space.</div>
<div>Thanks for telling us more…</div>
<div>And always good to see you here Agustin…</div>
