<div dir="ltr"><div><div><div>Hi Dan<br><br></div>Glad to hear that you like the story .<br>I will contact Raphael and ask him about Orange. <br><br>May
I emphasize the fact that , in Raphael' story, with Agile Open , the
regular use of Open Space has contributed to build a very strong core
community. Same people willingly gather each year for several days in
Alsace to share what they expererienced and learned in the past year and
exchange ideas. There are also probably very interesting narrative to
gather from there. And maybe ideas for you, Artur ?<br></div><div><br></div>Funny
enough, I'll facilitate this fall an OST in the IT world that somehow
starts from the same starting point you describe : the failure of IT
projects: what can we learn from there.. We will see what will come out
of this.<br><br></div><div>Speaking of crossed pollinization, I realized
yesterday while watching Suzanne's pictures of personal kanban, that my
friends from Germany have developped a way to prepare OST events that uses a kanban board, using tasks cards and To do/In progress/Done
categories. Which I also use each time because it is so efficient ! So I
am happy to know that thanks to Boscop and without knowing it I already
have incorporated Lean elements in my practice. <br></div><div><br>My hope is that connecting our two communities in Paris may bring to more of this for us all<br><br></div><div>Christine <br></div>-working on the invitation draft</div>
