He is 83 years old but still active and challenging sharp in his work. Alain is a specialist in longitudinal research on social-cultural developments. His work shows us humanity's on-going process of civilisation, for instance by asking the same questions about everyday life to ordinary people for more than 50 years. He presents dynamics in auto-organisation of a new social fabric in a very systemic way. One of the developments he describes is more openness to sensations and emotions. He is busy writing a book, but hopes to find time to finish an article for the October Issue of the <a href="http://www.cos-journal.com/">COS-journal</a>.
