<div dir="ltr"><div>Reflecting still on what Mathilde wrote, a student in business school, from her first experience of Open Space. I am reminded about this thing called "happiness" that appears in Open Space -- <b>happiness meshed with purpose!</b> <br>
<br>Mathilde speaks of pleasure, wonder, beautifulness and fullness of the circle. A colleague, Gerry Kirk, from the technology world who I met in Open Space and who later joined our company NuFocus Strategic group quoted some stats this week which convey a similar message. Indeed as it goes at work, in business and in life there is much that connects Open Space to Happiness and to Success... the joy of contribution (individual and collective) and making a difference on something that matters.<br>

I think something is emerging , i really think that new ways to work together other than company, coop , association are coming to us if we dare experience out of the box, and OST and all those technics are good ways to come to this. the new mentality, awaking it offers is : "you are responsible, if you are not ok, if you don't contribute or learn, you can wake yourself up and rise. you can say your mind and try new ways" many people don't use this freedom which is leading to innovations,meetings and pleasure as they are asleep and numb by our consumer society.For me it's my biggest frustration and my biggest wonder as a facilitator.</div>

I learn the importance or impact of taking pauses when you open the circle and when you speak of the steps,the importance of the order of the parts of your speech and the way it's truly important to say that you are responsible of your day and your pleasure, the law and the principle are to be said clearly and slowly for people to comprehend them. I saw again the wonder, beautifulness,fullness of the circle, i am in love in this humanity and dont' know what to do with this overwhelming feeling which push me further ,deeper and higher ; ) .My co-facilitator give tibetan bells as a gift , a beautiful sign from Life for me to follow on my path.</div>
