</div><div><p><span style="font-family:"Tahoma","sans-serif";font-size:10pt"> </span></p></div><div><p><span style="font-family:"Tahoma","sans-serif";font-size:10pt">However, perhaps because the more prescriptive interventions alone are not enough in these complex times and/or frustration is building, there is more readiness to try new approaches, even the simplicity and non-prescriptive self-organizing approach of Open Space (what people perceive before hand as foreign and a waste of time, but is actually what they already know how to do in order to create the most effective and efficient results).  There is a growing heart-felt ache to experience authentic and adaptive leadership and the corresponding benefits.<br>
