<p>I'm afraid that I seem to fail understanding your point... :-(</p>
<p>The phrase "Silent Leadership" is in fact exactly what we aim at accomplishing: "let it go" trusting people's inherent, collective conscience.</p>
<p>In my FB there is a Group name "Art of Silent Leadership" and some descriptions about what the group aims at.</p>
<p>I'd hope that this helps better understand my original intention.^^</p>
