For every dolphin that I see above the water there are hundreds below, swimming, eating, living. For everyone of these birthday wishes and gratitudes, thousands more swim below. In my travels, telling the story of OST, practicing and hosting and holding space, countless individuals tell me how it has changed their lives. Indigenous youth, over tired social workers, corporate executives whose minds and hearts have been opened to the power and grace of the people they work with...</div>

Another year gone by and such an important year it has been. Arab Spring, Occupy, WOSonOs in Chile, a 5th principle...space opening everywhere. So wherever you are this 2nd of December day, raise that martini glass in good cheer! Lots of chaos on the other side of order...perfect ingredients for self-organizing OS work to be done. A celebration of life and best birthday gift ever. <br>
