I was quite surprised myself when I learnt that they already had made a decision about the venue! Of course it may also result in some new ways to collaborate/actions – but they are all in different organizations with each an employer so the actions taken will not be supported by one manager, instead they all have to find out how and to what extent they can involve themselves in “projects” that are not directly connected to their employment. So it’s a bit special circumstances. Another thing is that they have two days and some other stuff planned which they “have to do” – I have already prepared them with the idea that we might be able to get most of it into the OST container, maybe combined with sending some info out before.
