Danilo<div>You would think that it is true that kids have more experience with wikis and other computer type technologies but here in Minnesota and especially rural Minnesota it is not true. Most rural kids and many urban kids do not have access to those types of technologies except at school. Schools here are trying to address that issue. There are economic and culture issues here that deny kids the type of access that you are thinking about. Of course their brains are more plastic than adults so that is an advantage they have. I have found with both adults and kids that if the tool is a got fit with something that is relevant and important to them it is easy to integrate the tool no matter what the age</div>

I think for kids is more natural to use wiki and similar tools. Their culture is more wiki. And probably working with school kids is realy good project to use wiki.<br>

I've used wikis with open space with students and teachers. We used the wiki for kids from different classes to have ongoing conversations with each other about a joint project. They were exploring ways that nature creates sculpture in their school forest and how they could have a conversation with the forest. Many would post digital photos of a spot in the forest they wanted to talk about and kids would jump in. They did fine and I did not spend much time maintaining the site. They all had been working with wikis developing other projects during the year so they had some familiarity. They also had experience as one cohesive group working in open space at the beginning of the year. We all thought it was great and it allowed them to interact with classes they are not in. As art work is transformed by one class and then another, often quite different by the time they were able to return to it, this was great. I suppose the project might determine whether wikis are a good fit.<br>

My friend Aleš and me were using wiki as kind of making notes from<br>
groups during Open Spase event. Wiki could be active also after<br>
the event and is good oportunity to continue space opened.<br>

Also OST and wiki could share same principles and are very<br>
compatibile.<br>
