Does it have a name?</div><div><br></div><div>At the 2005 and 2008 Girl Scout National Conventions, girls aged 14-18 were part of intergenerational Open Space events. At the 2008 Convention, girls reported having the experience of being fully listened to in big OST breakouts. In the Girl Scout Movement, the adults are hungry to hear from the girls and the girls always seem to be surprised about that.</div><div><br></div><div>Personally, I'm a big fan of intergenerational dialogue. I find that when young people are included in the conversation, adults work harder to listen and understand.</div><div><br></div><div>I love the possibility that the young people want to re-imagine the media.
